We do not charge a fee for providing you with details of the information we hold about you, however we reserve the right to refuse the request or charge a reasonable fee to meet our costs in the case of requests that are unfounded or deemed excessive in nature. Should this be the case we will notify you of the reason for the decision and provide you with details of our complaints policy.
